Central Team Role: worked in Central HR Team-involved in driving central processes. Responsible for driving the HR knowledge forum and communication, where I prepare and sent EDMs on various HR processes to Pan India HR team, plan Brown bag session(interactive session on HR processes), plan monthly theme for HR knowledge forum, Prepare monthly activity calendar, conduct quiz and case study contests on various HR processes, conduct GPTW activities for employees, plan quarterly theme and coordinate with vendors to execute. Responsible for Idea-space(an online platform where employees give in their ideas), publish idea-space report for the leads, publish blogs of various leads of HR, budgeting the activities for every quarter, preparing monthly newsletter. Planning and executing Engagement and Reward and Recognition program. I managed day-to-day operations of HR activities for my DU and constantly manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. Snapshot of my role as an HR Generalist: Conduct interviews-telephonic & Weekends. Recruited 50 employees in one day; Facilitating performance management and improvement systems; Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting; Employee orientation, development, and training; Employee relations; Employee services and counseling; Company Compensation and benefits administration; Conducting HR Exit Interviews, Attrition reporting and analysis Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; Facilitating communication between business and employees Organizing One on One on fortnightly basis Conducting ACE ceremony and sending nomination from high performer for ACE Employee Engagement and Reward and Recognition Programs Focus on being CRISP— customer focus, responsibility for results, initiative with speed, self-confidence with consciousness and passion for achievement.
