March 2014-till date:(Promoted to) Sr. HR Generalist In addition to current responsibilities, new position includes: Working collaboratively with HR Colleagues and Management, to develop and implement innovative programs, processes and solutions that support the achievement of business objectives. First point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues for employees and managers. Work with cross functional specialist teams in supporting and resolving day to day employee queries. Created forums and facilitate interactions between the employees & the management on a regular basis-e.g. one on one with HR, Connect Session. Manage exit interviews and support the business in analyzing the data and provide innovative solutions to improve retention rates. Generate analyses of data which can support business decisions(Head Count/Attrition analysis etc.). Employee Satisfaction Insights & Survey Analytics as VGAS Engagement Ambassador for the BA. Lead employee engagement initiatives partnering with Respective Business unit Managers and HR Head. Execute employee engagement initiatives customizing it for factory environment. Lead implementation of change initiative within the department pertaining to any HR processes. Partner with Talent Acquisition Team to ensure quality and on time hiring of talent. Facilitate as HR contact for various employee activities. Define a structured Engagement Plan across business units. Conducts skip level meetings and One-on-ones. Meet with the Team Leaders/Managers and Teams at regular intervals to understand their concerns and to apprise them of any HR updates. Connect Session with the VP-A monthly discussion with the VP of the Plant to discuss the major issues. Grievance Handling-To understand employee grievance and to give them a permanent solution on the same. SPOC for Internal Job Postings-To communicate current openings to all the employees and also make sure that interested employees apply for the same. Database(HRMS) updating and maintenance-To provide inputs to the business on changes in Employee Status and thereby maintain the master employee database for each employee. Policies-Implementation of HR Policies rolled out by Corporate HR and provides critical support and feedback in the process.
