A Gansi Beef Group consist of Butchery, Super Market, Tyre Store & Hardware store.

I was mainly involved in Tyre Store & Super Market . A Tyre company with 4 branches around the Gaborone City. I was looking after all the four branches. The group also have 6 medium size super markets around Gaborone. My duties included look out of the stores and carried out stock take  and identifying and rectifying issues of internal control system.

Other core duties included such as invoicing & payments, follow up with receivables on timely basis, preparation of monthly and management reports to scrutinize revenue against expenditure for all the branches. 

Achievements: I obtained understanding of retail market  which included FMCG and Tyres.

I have also setup few internal control systems in place for the better flow of stock in between the companies. Which enhanced my practical knowledge  towards accounting aspects in relation to inventories in particular.
