Area of attention were Tyre Stores.A Tyre company with 4 branches around the Gaborone City. Area of focus was mainly on streamline of operational and accounting procedures and identifying and rectifying issues of internal control system.
Also overseeing invoicing & payments which was quite a challenge due to lack of documentations, following up with receivables on timely basis, preparation of monthly and management reports to scrutinize revenue against expenditure for all the branches.

I had set number of internal controls in place for the better flow of stock in between the companies and in daily operational system . Which enhanced my practical knowledge towards accounting aspects in relation to inventories, receivables and operation in particular.

Its an international standardized test of English Language proficiency. Scored 7 of 9 Band, which is defined as good user of the language.
This training developed the skills needed to assess and report on the conformance and effective implementation of processes, and to contribute to the continual improvement of a quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
The course has helped me to develop an advanced level of proficiency with the most commonly used office software. l have achieved skills to: create and edit complex spreadsheets; manage mail, contacts, calendar and tasks in Outlook; create advanced and interactive PowerPoint presentations; and design documents in Word as per request.
The learning allows hands-on repair of various types of computers, printers and associated equipment. As a technicians also specialize in installation of computer systems and problem solving.
