·Client Engagement: Business Development, Selling research projects to clients and Client Interface; developing a thorough understanding of the research requirements, project objective(s) and hypothesis; and deliverable preparation in terms of formats, depth of analysis and actionable insights
·Preparing proposals (RFP’s): Writing proposals based on project specifications such as industry, geography representation, company size (employees/revenues), duration and survey methodology. Sending out RFP’S & RFQ’S to Prospective Clients (Consulting Firms, End-clients). Scoping project requirements, overall effort estimate and calculation of project costs and timelines
·Project scoping: Client communication, effort, cost and timeline estimation, resource requirement and allocation, survey programming, sampling plan, and assigning specific project-related responsibilities to team members and Project Managers.
·Project execution: Questionnaire designing, project team training, mentoring and grooming new team members, maintaining survey quotas, overall quality check, regular client communication including project updates, Conference calls, interim/final data delivery. Identifying and resolving possible issues, addressing client and setting right expectations
·Project delivery: Delivering primary research data sets in various data output tools like MS-Excel/SPSS/MS-PowerPoint.
·Engrossed in a variety of studies for global clients – New product/concept test, Satisfaction studies, Usage and Attitude, Price sensitivity etc.
·Has working knowledge on research tools & products like Capital IQ, Bloomberg and CRM application like Salesforce.com.
