  • Originally hired as a server.  Cross trained as a host, baker, cashier, dessert finisher, take-out coordinator, expo, and food quality manager. 
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service through every step of the dining experience; as well as monitoring food sanitation practices and food quality measures to maintain the highest quality from prep work all the way through the finished product. 
  • Most recently developed strategies with the General Manager to increase take-out sales 3% during the last year, with the prior years increases showing less than a 1%.

Stephanie Albrecht is an employee of The Cheesecake Factory and a distance student at the University of Alabama.  She completed an Associate of Science and an Associate of Arts degree in August of 2011 at Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio.  She will be graduating with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Alabama in August 2013, after which she will continue her education with the a master's program for clinical nutrition.
