- Originally hired as a server. Cross trained as a host, baker, cashier, dessert finisher, take-out coordinator, expo, and food quality manager.
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service through every step of the dining experience; as well as monitoring food sanitation practices and food quality measures to maintain the highest quality from prep work all the way through the finished product.
- Most recently developed strategies with the General Manager to increase take-out sales 3% during the last year, with the prior years increases showing less than a 1%.
