Prentiss has more than 10 years supervisory and managerial experience in New Zealand’s Food and Beverage and Hospitality industry, as well as 4 years international experience, living and working abroad in England, Scotland and finally residing in Dahab Egypt. During Prentiss’s stay in Dahab she managed several popular restaurant bars, a tourist Diving centre and a Fashion clothing store.Prior to her overseas travel, Prentiss received her Master’s level as a Nail Technician through CND NZ Ltd and also obtained her NZDA Dental Surgery Assistant Certificate (with honours 92%). Prentiss also studied intensively for two years in Interior Design, and received her Diploma with (Merit B).

Prentiss's superhuman effort: she is able to push the envelope and live outside her  comfort zone! Prentiss assisted and gave aid to those injured in the 2006 Dahab bombings which took the lives of 3 foreigners and injured 62 Egyptian locals.
