Branch Sales Coordinator - Gujarat & MP

Working closely with the sales management team and marketing staff to initiate marketing strategies that support the sales objectives of the company. Always representing the company professionally, ethnically and morally at all times.
- Duties :
- Making cold calls and targeting the big size tickets accounts to full fill the benchmark.
- Presentation of company profile and analysis of customer needs.
- Submitting detailed proposals and quotations to customers.
- Providing regular and accurate sales forecast updates to Senior Managers.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations.
- Identifying, contacting and qualifying leads.
- Monitoring competition and analyzing competitor activity.
- Aligning selling prices with company guidelines,coordinating with the operations team as well as Legal team as well.
- Worked on huge RFPs and handled the client queries as well. Build good relationships with Plants heads, COO and other higher authorities of different companies.
- Follow up with the client after the submission and for RFPs as well.
- Preparation is reports MIS, sales Pipe line, closing report, market research for different sectors, CRM tool Updation.
- Also maintained the Sales Pipe line as well with Add On business and Portfolio business as well.
- Preparation of the contents for the proposal and sales meeting.
- Writings for BSM(Branch Sales Manager) &AVP (Associate Vice President)
