Manage and successfully complete multiple projects simultaneously.
Manage proposals, contracts, support requests & quality supervision on all projects.
Perform end to end construction project management including project planning, cost - time and quality management, and safety management.
Perform project feasibility and planning, project accounting, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocations.
Track and prioritize project activities; coordinate project activities between all team members - internal team, consultants, site supervisors, contractors, sub-contractors, and architects.
Identify risks and resolve issues; organize and lead meetings & status updates.
Oversee document management on projects to ensure completeness and accuracy.
