Stephen is a trained and experienced educator. He has worked in two continents with learners ranging from first nations and inner city to British public school and international school backgrounds. In schools he has dealt primarily with secondary level where he has had considerable experience as a boarding master, teacher of the Visual Arts and ToK, Head of VA, Head of Arts, Head of year 12. Over the past decade he has gradually shed his titles in order to set up his own association ALLMINDS through which he has coached, run workshops, managed creatives and done consultancy work with universities and art colleges. He has also been engaged in various educational outreach programmes with organisations such as CMS CERN. 

Stephen is also a practicing artist who now has his own studio ESPACE 5 here in Geneva.
