Main duties:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers/brokers worldwide. Handle all enquiries on the phone, via email and letter
  • Resolve complaints and service failure
  • Follow up with customers/brokers on any missing informations on the application/ claim form
  • Take responsibility for ensuring individual and group payments are up to date. Follow up on installment invoices outstanding, advise premium allocation, generate statement of account
  • Responsible for preparing and delivering weekly reports (credit card report, age debt) for the relevant department to review
  • Handle group member addition and deletion request- Handle sales calls in the absence of the sales staff, preparation of individual quotes to support Business Development colleagues
  • Assist the Claims/Underwriting/Clinical team in translating French medical reports.Ensure renewal invitations/notices are issued in time and follow up on business that has not been renewed

  • Good understanding of the International private medical insurance market (pricing, TPA, reinsurance)
