Serving the congregation and community as a preacher as well as working with the elders and other leaders in the congregation to equip the saints for the work of ministry and for the edifying of the body of Christ. Developing and planning outreach events as well as developing lay leadership as well as congregational involvement in harvest work of the ministry. Other responsibilities include but not limited to pre-marital & marital counseling, general counseling, conducting wedding ceremonies and funeral services as well as grief counseling, life coaching, etc.

Maintained a working knowledge of cellular repair, phone programming and operation. As a level III line technician, providing immediate repair of production line failures. Twelve years experience working on most major brands of cellular phone including Audiovox, LG, Motorola, Nokia, and Samsung. Work within a team environment to help solve unknown issues as it relates to the repair of equipment and help improve the communication and repair process, thus improving quality, productivity while reducing costs. As the senior tech on the shift, one of my main functions along with repairing line failures was determining root causes of unknown failures and to train others how to spot these failures and repair them. Along with trouble shooting and repairing, new or unknown phone models.

This was a hands-on supervisory position overseeing a team of fifteen in three states, while achieving and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, production goals, and objectives. Control staffing, inventory, and resource allocation. Recruit, train, develops schedules and motivates staff, along with all other day-to-day operations. The region in which I supervised was always ranked in the top two of the country out of the ten regions, in which we always scored highest in customer satisfaction, client satisfaction, as well as most consistent in punctuality of appointments while always having the lowest level of expenditures due to damagesĀ
