As a specialist Scrum Master, my primary responsibility is to manage our Scrum and operations Kanban teams. This involves tracking and monitoring the progress of the teams, providing stakeholder management, and sharing insights from time to time. In addition, I prepare Jira reports on delivery and tracking, and provide Jira administration and user project onboarding support.

As a Scrum Master, my role also includes facilitating and coordinating the Scrum process for the team, guiding and coaching the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values, and ensuring the team understands the Scrum framework, principles, and practices. I work closely with stakeholders to understand and prioritize their needs, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Other key responsibilities include organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, tracking team progress, identifying and removing impediments, and helping the team to continuously improve their performance.

Overall, my role as a specialist Scrum Master is critical to the success of our development projects, and I am committed to helping our teams deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our stakeholders

As a Scrum Master, my roles & responsibilities are:

Act as Scrum Master for technical service projects, ensuring the team follows Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
Coordinate and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives
Manage project timelines, resources, and budget to ensure projects are delivered on time and within the scope
Collaborate with technical service teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and remove roadblocks
Track and report project progress to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting any potential risks or issues
Continuously assess and improve the team's Agile process to ensure efficient and effective delivery
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their Agile and Scrum knowledge and skills
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Lead the transition of 2 product teams to Agile development
  Act as a facilitator for Agile teams
  Serve as a Scrum Master for 3 geographically distributed teams, managing planning, backlog grooming, and TDD implementation
  Manage information exchange within the business
  Customize Scrum processes to facilitate Agile transition
  Manage release train dependencies, challenges, and risks
  Own product functional requirements and prioritize them for sprint meetings
  Facilitate all Scrum-related meetings and events
  Act as an Agile advocate for the development team
  Help the business optimize its Agile approach using SCRUM methodologies

Manage git commits and deploy to different environments after code review
Participate in sprint planning, review, backlog refinement, and other Scrum-related activities
Plan and develop new modules/features for the existing web application
