  • Managed national tour to promote a new company to a market comprised of a vast array of decentralized decision makers.The company moved in recognition rankings from last to first in less than 12 months.Within three years the company was the dominant trade supplier for the western half of the United States.
  • Led interactive technology team to integrate company policies and corporate culture to develop a SAS program focused on assisting apartment managers in the writing of community specific marketing plans based upon answers to a broad based questionnaire.Implementation of the plan generally saved each community $3k per month while helping to insure that proven company basics were being implemented.
  • Developed and coordinated promotional tour for major family theme park which included advertising/promotion, production of daily performances, and contest.
  • Managed writing and production of approximately 29 shopping center newsletters for real estate management company.
  • Led marketing team to develop and implement grand opening of numerous retail centers.
