This was picked up and expanded to the entire COO organization. This tool gives the management to slice and dice the resource utilization data enabling strategic decision making around future demand. Ø  Delivered a System integration project of the EUS (Accenture Underwriting tool - Enterprise Underwriting System) with a third party tool called AuSum, a web-based risk assessment tool for Commercial Insurance to replace 16 year old databases. Web service Accord XML interfaces were built to request data feeds from AuSum from/into EUS system.

Ø  Led the retirement / Optimization program of old commercial applications and replacing it with on demand COGNOS based reporting frontend with data coming from OPTUM database after migrating/archiving all data from different RDBMS sources to OPTUM. Efforts yielded TCO savings from RTC, infrastructure, software licensing..etc.
