I have been managing sales and marketing of varied products and services within IT consulting, Financial Services and CPG over the last 10 years. I have had the opportunity to work in start up, entrepreneurial and multinational environments that has enabled me to adapt to different situations easily. In 2008, I graduated from an accelerated MBA program at Hult International Business School where my colleagues were from 35 different nationalities. This truly global student body has enabled me to work in cross cultural teams effectively. Leadership Experience: The largest team I have managed has included 12 direct and 400 indirect reports. I have monitored, mentored, coached and recruited successful cross functional teams. I have been known to develop leaders and my success is evidenced by the many award winning managers in my team. My responsibilities have also included P& L management of my regional profit centers. Sales and Account Management Experience: I have managed a broad range of accounts ranging from developed relationships with ‘C’, VP and Director level managers at Fortune 1000 companies to SMB’s, distributors and independent advisers. My sales experience has also consisted of managing large untapped to developed profitable territories. I have managed the complete sales process from prospecting to final negotiation and closing. Marketing experience: I have been extensively involved in consumer and product marketing over the last few years where I have developed and executed customized marketing strategies that have been focused on consumer activation and retention. I have worked with marketing partners and vendors to develop both outdoor and indoor signage as well as print advertising. I have also been heavily involved in developing and launching company websites as well as assisting with event and trade show marketing.
