With the vital responsibility to address Application support for Micrel products in North, West & East part of geographic locations in India, I set new heights of demand creation & business generation for Micrel Inc . In the challenging environment where Micrel has limited products to offer I had increased the demand creation by 75% as compared to year 2011-12 .With Micrel portfolio from analog to Ethernet to BLDC solutions to RF, I had been a key participant to create the market, capture the market & place Micrel into a position of increasing business to a great percentage over the time.
Working as an individual to support on Business growth in North, West & East part of India, i am accountable to identify business opportunity , support technically , convert into Business & manage distributors to support on sales numbers. It happens to be a business development & technical support for entire Micrel product line in the listed parts of India.
BLDC , Analog & RF had been major upcoming product promotions where i had been involved to create business for Micrel India for the upcoming years with upcoming technology change . I had contributed to participate in this business & making sure Micrel secures the platform for these technology change .
Profile also includes to manage the Distributors for Micrel India where in assigning an opportunity to an Distributor, motivating & educating Distributor team to increase the business for Micrel key areas of business.
BLDC Business : I had identified and closely worked with North India based Ceiling Fan customers for BLDC based Ceiling Fan. My effort helped to win 100 K BEE govt. tender requirement for one of the Micrel North India Customer. The support extended to win this business was from identifying the customer to technically making the design efficient over other solutions to commercially making it viable by altering the components by testing reliability of same. I had managed to engage customer from scratch to production support & even helped customer to line up EMS & define reliability aspects. The close support helped Micrel to win the customer interest & we worked together to become L1 - for BEE tender 2015 which was for 100 K units.I had designed & worked on BLDC power supply using flyback topology with best possible efficiency of 89% in open frame.

Telecom Segment : CDOT had been very important customer for Micrel, i had been able to win few interesting Power Tree Sockets for DC-DC , DC-DC modules , LDO' s & Clock products. I worked closely with CDOT on their entire technical power tree & Clock tree requirement to provide a cost effective & reliable workable solution. I increased the potential DIN pipeline upto 2Mn USD for coming 2017-2018 Business.
E-meter : Energy meter being very cost sensitive & high performance product, it took a while & too much of challenge to get success stories at Genus & Secure Meters with an LDO socket for Micrel . This became a benchmark of Success for Micrel product to participate & commercially win a big volume which could be now replicated to similar E-meter customers within India.
