Job Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the project.
  • Planning and Estimation of Project.
  • Resource Mobilization & overall administration of the Project.
  • Suitable MIS reports for monitoring of progress and establishing critical areas of concern.
  • Timely preparation & certification of final bills & regular follow-ups of R.A. Bills and recovery of payments.
  • Liaison with clients for day to day working and progress of site.
  • Liaison with Banks for availing various banking facilities for the projects as Bank guarantees, LC, Loans, Machinery Finance etc.
  • Coordination with site / client, monitoring progress, handling Project schedules, appraising H.O.
  • Regular review of site progress / status (including financial status), attending progress review meetings with client.
  • Knowledge of contracts, finance, procurement besides core experience in construction.
