Started career as a recruitment executive in an SAP training center. There my responsibilities were to generate business for the center, recruiting candidates for training and placement program and also counseling them. Which I enjoyed the most was the combination of Sales and HR activities. Advertising the career program in print media was also my responsibility.
TMI Networks [Since March 2008]
First assignment was to handle the recruitment for Birla Sunlife Insurance. It was an RPO profile- taking care of entire gamut of recruitment process till the candidate joins the company.I was the Brand Ambassador for BSLI Project called ‘Shikhar’ for the Tamilnadu region covering 16 locations. This Project was a Recruitment Process Out sourcing Wing for the BSLI. In this we as a team closed 250 positions of Agency Managers and Branch Managers for TamilNadu 1 Region. I headed this in Association with the Project Manager of BSLI- Mr. Farhath Khan and Ms. Vidhya-Project Coordinator. This Project was a huge success across India. My responsibilities were,

·Endorsing the brand through local advertising channels like vernacular dailies and Local cable operators etc,
·Campus Recruitment [SA Engineering College]
·Managing the local recruitment agencies who are empanelled with BSLI through us,
·Preparing MIS and spread sheets and report to our Hyderabad Head Office.
Project was successfully completed in mid of June.

My role in this organisation doesn’t end up with just recruitment but also extends to Business Development and Business generation.
