NATURE OF JOB
- Training to Cluster coordinators and safe water promoter’s team.
- Work together to achieve agreed sales targets through effective territory coverage plan.
- Coordination in appointing Distributor’s.
- Tracking reports Daily, Weekly, Monthly stock/sale and cumulative stock/sales.
- To constantly look for new market opportunities(i.e. interior rural coverage)
- To ensure monthly reporting of objectives and result achieving including permanent journey plan accounting and territory coverage at the beginning of the month.
- To establish and built report with institution’s and retailer’s. So as to understand and service to customer and consumers.
- Co –ordinate with Project, Service engineers, Marketing, Quality, Laisioning team.
- Train re Distributor Stockist in effective delivery system.
- Making proposal’s for brand awareness programmer’s
- Appointed good service oriented distributors and sales team.
- Increased area converges compared to previous years.
