Consistent Performance across branches has also been observed month on month As a Product Manager for Third Party Products, handling more than 100 Branches across AP & Telangana(Pan India Top) with Complaints% on product sales is 0.27 against to Pan India Average% of 1.47 through sensitizing branches on compliance issues, hygiene factors, regular follow ups and process updates Only Product Manager from South nominated for“ Development Center”, a unique HR Initiative(For Pan India Employees) to prepare consistent performers in the Organization to face complexities with great confidence while operating at the Next level. Maintained branch visit coverage at 116% compared to pan India product manager branch visit Average of less than 100% and the same success story has been continued year after year which helps myself to identify the grass root level issues and accordingly helped to launch new Iniatives time to time. Maintained the percentage of bottom quartile branches at less than 22% while the target is 25%. This is consistent year after year through launching special campaigns, planning activities, focused follow ups with these branch teams, increasing frequency of visits to these branches, repeated product training programmes and other support related.
