I am MBA with over 8+ years’ work experience in the areas of Finance, Accounting and Auditing, and have completed my training on SAP R/3 (4.7) FI/CO Modules.

My previous job with SKP e-Solution as a Financial Consultant, handling the accounts of Johnson & Johnson – one of their largest clients for end-to-end accounting services. I have the final responsibility to ensure that the J&J accounts are processed properly and are reconciled on their twin ERP systems.

I have undergone extensive training on SAP FI/CO modules and I am looking for a challenging job that will allow me to leverage my in-depth knowledge of finance and accounting as an SAP Functional Consultant.

Since I have no dependants, I am ready to relocate and willing to work anywhere.

(J&J Medical has outsourced its complete accounting and auditing processes, including finalization of Balancesheet, to SKP)

As a Financial Consultant for SKP, my primary responsibility is to Transition Processes from Johnson & Johnson Medical to SKP, wherein I have to study and define the existing process, re-engineer the process on twin ERP systems to meet SOX compliance requirements, train the SKP team on the optimized process and ensure smooth handover.

Apart from transitioning, I have worked extensively on the following processes/tasks at the nuts and bolts level, which required cleansing and synchronizing accounts and data between the JD Edwards and BPCS ERP Systems of J&J:

One of my significant contributions was to reconcile the last 10 years’ (1998-2008) GL of J&J across both JD Edwards and BPCS, which was accomplished single-handedly by me over a period of 9 months. I have  also done the Balancesheet reconciliation of J&J for that period.

As a Controller with SKP e-Solution (P) Ltd (ClientJohnson & Johnson Medical India), I was the client’s single point of contact for process adherence issues and had full responsibility for operations, including process improvements and managing the teams. Some of the main Business Processes which I specialized in includes:

§Month-End Activities

I was also responsible for managing the workforce and planning the workload for my teams. Many processes required improvements and a new approach with new ideas, which I formulated and implemented on the twin ERP Systems (JD Edwards and BPCS) for a complete J&J division in India.

I was accountable for the preparation and factual consistency of MIS Reports and Month-End Provisions. Also, I was in charge of creation and maintenance of Key Control Account Schedules, critical process notes to manuals, support and training of end users.

As a result of my performance exceeding expectations, the SKP management gave me the additional responsibility of transitioning processes from J&J, and made me responsible for preparation of tax audit details for Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) compliance.
