Area Sales Manager. Responsible for ensuring the team delivers strong commercial results whilst adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethic code. Also in charge of directing the company's sales program, assigning sales territories, setting goals, and establish training programs for the sales representatives. Duties Lead a team of 6 medical representatives. Motivate medical representatives to achieve company's business objective. Plays a key role in preliminary selection process of representatives. Provides field training and induction to the new representatives. Plays a key role in the preparation of appraisal of representative. Ensures the proper implementation of company's strategies in field level. Maintain inventory in my territories.
