Lalbook has been a eye opener, while three out of every ten entrepreneur were trying to build a e-commerce web site to be next flipkart / snapdeal i tried to target a different market which was B2B , and so i developed Lalbook, the product was developed by me to help buyers to source goods at better price and sellers to get B2B leads which simplifies the process of procurement wherein buyer ain't have to enquire every supplier, instead sellers will bid on buyer's requirement.
Initially i started off plain without targeting any sector specifically right from market research which helped me understand the issues faced by business people and got good response over my product idea while they try to get online but it resulted diverged user base post product launch, which did not help registered business people to get fruitful leads . Currently i have implemented the business model offline in electrical industry.
