Objective

To build something useful to people - by developing innovative products and providing great solution as well as be an example to others by practising these principles as an individual. I am not a super- human, I cannot do everything on my own, and that is why I tend to work with teams, in order to contribute with my strengths and get help from others on my weaknesses. Each and everyone of us in a team is an important member that forms the team's spirit itself.

 And yes I am not "steve jobs" to get everything right on first time as well, i have been learning from my mistakes and i am glad that i had made mistakes that pushed me to  acquire knowledge and practise.

In Oracle I work in service sector , we develop application for Citi bank dealers who book trades of equity, FX orders , Bonds to track and STP the deal details to other application, the application which we developed is a replica of Bloomberg system.

Lalbook

Lalbook has been a eye opener, while three out of every ten entrepreneur were trying to build a e-commerce web site to be next flipkart / snapdeal  i tried to target a different market which was B2B , and so i developed Lalbook, the product was developed by me to help buyers to source  goods at better price and sellers to get B2B leads which simplifies the process of procurement wherein buyer ain't have to enquire every supplier, instead sellers will bid on buyer's requirement.

Initially i started off plain without targeting any sector specifically right from market research which helped me understand the issues faced by business people and got good response over my product idea while they try to get online but it resulted  diverged user base post product launch, which did not help registered business people to get fruitful  leads . Currently i have implemented the business model offline in electrical industry.

Target Market : B2B - Electricals.

Achievement : Processed Electrical Procurement Contract For Oracle and helped the company to gain 15-20% by selecting a seller from Lalbook [offline].

Aims Education

Aims is a coaching centre that trains IIT -JEE aspirants to get through the entrance exams , i Started my part time jobs at Aims with a role of pamphlet distribution to parents and students who reach out at centres to collect forms for IIT-JEE exam application, Later i started with telemarketing as well wherein i had to call students and parents to whom we had distributed pamphlets and explain and enroll the students to our coaching class.I was able to collect data from around 80% of applicants who visited my centre and enrolled 9 students within 1 week.

KB Data Solution

KB data solution was dealing with data entry / conversion, conversion of PDF to word format , i started in as a data entry operator in my school holidays after completing 10th grade and was mentor for new joinees in the company. I was offered a partnership affiliate from the company and so i bought a computer and hired a person to do data entry work for me for which i was paid 8rs/page .

Mahaveer Threads

Mahaveer Threads was a trading company aimed in targeting tailors and supply tailoring goods such as canvas, zip, gripers , threads ect.

I started my father's business after  his demise as i had to clean up the inventory filled up and home and make maximum cash out of it.

I was able to acquire almost 90% of shops in my targeted area and successfully supply and generate a decent 20-30% revenue over this business
