New Projects – Identifying new areas where there are possibilities of lying down the cable TV network. Various factors need to be considered before entering in to new areas i.e. cost of network, paying capacity of customers, existing competition etc.

Profit and Loss - P and L (Profit and Loss) analysis through different income sources and direct & variable cost points.

• Achieving business target with DST and support from adding & developing a DSA network.
• Laisioning  with local Computer Vendors, Hardware Engg’s to generate leads .
• Motivate them to join us as a DSA.
• Maintaining and Ensuring the process of proper KYC norms set by TRAI for all DATA customers associated to us.
• Preparing of Sales Plan, Addition of new plans or revision of existing plans to compete with other competitors.
• Preparing Incentive Structure for Sales Representatives set Target for SR’s.
• Major responsibility to see quality sale is being done and no Defaulter customers are re-entered into system.
• Coordinating with the engineering dept. for immediate resolution of Service affected areas.
• Maintaining the TAT of 48Hrs from the date of Customer applied to the time of physical connection given at customer premises, by coordinating with Engg dept.
• Ensuring customer retention on service related issues by talking/visiting to them and getting the issue solved.
• Collection responsibility of Non Starters/1st Bill Defaulters.To ensure 0% customers billed under DCB category.

All responsibilities to be handled with the help of a Team size of 20 SR’s.
