Net Growth – Total # of connection needs to be increased per month.
Service – Most important part of this industry streamed lined complaint handling procedures. Reduced complaints per day. By introducing customer feedback form for every complaint duly signed by customer.
Collection – 95 % of bills needs to be collected in the billing cycle.
New Projects – Identifying new areas where there are possibilities of lying down the cable TV network. Various factors need to be considered before entering in to new areas i.e. cost of network, paying capacity of customers, existing competition etc.
Profit and Loss - P and L (Profit and Loss) analysis through different income sources and direct & variable cost points.
