- The complete the targets as par planning & Forecasting
- Setting team target & Incentive structure (Based on Business Plan & Taluka potential)

- Taking review of all Team leaders as well as sales consultant on weekly basis
- Taking Meetings as per MDEP norms on Morning, Weekly and Monthly basis with MOM.
- Planning the monthly event & activities in different areas as per market potentials.(Taluka wise)
- Maintaining Corporate Tracker with all details of Corporate Customers (Competition Vehicles , employee details, Last purchase ) , Tour Operators details with fleet size,
- Trying to Keep all customers satisfied with pleasant in dealership experience.
- Taking informal feedback from customers for the improvements
- Taking the corrective actions based on SSI scores & Mystery shopping Surveys.
- Analyzing the all reports (Inquiry, Test drive) for corrective action. (Based On DMS)
- Coordinate with manufacturer (M&M) officers for vehicles availability, discounts scheme & Market share of dealership.
- Coordinate with finances for schemes and planning of activities.
- Coordinate with, Insurance Companies, Accessories department, Exchange department for increase the allied businesses,.
