  • Partner with business leaders  to integrate and implement HR processes, practices and systems that align with TIL business strategy and corporate goals.
  • Lead the HR function to be a strategic & reliable partner for business

  • Lead the end-to-end Lateral Hiring process for Engineering, Aluminium trading, Metallics & Rolls,Steel trading, Chemical trading, Solar, Bicycle, Leather, Footwear business.
  • Support the Manpower Planning activities along with Strategic Business Planning Unit, Recruitment MIS
  • Weekly reporting to all the Business heads & CFO of the hiring plans & status.

  • Instrumental in saving a substantial hiring cost for Solar business by strategic implementation of referral hiring process.
  • Lead the Corporate level Employee Engagement activities while driving the engagement activities of other branch offices, too.
  • Lead various CSR Activities too like Blood Donation Camps, Joy of Giving, Scholarship programs, etc.

Engineering Project

In-plant Trainee at Siemens Healthcare                                                                                                          Jul - Dec 2008

In-plant trainee at Siemens Ltd.,Worli, Mumbai for a duration of 6months in the Customer Service and Project Management department (Medical division). • Initiated my project systematically by learning about entire range of Bio medical products and their pricing – servicing etc. I also studied about products in designing stages. • Served as assistant to installation engineer and attended several calls in major hospitals of Mumbai. • Assisted in installation and servicing of high end and complex instruments. • Studied and worked on preventive maintenance required for these expensive machines and handled few calls with maintenance department.. • Handled the responsibility of creating database of vendors dealing in Medical Equipments. I also took opportunity with seniors to understand the quotations and how things work in the industry. • Played a significant role in visiting site, taking measurements, preparing layout of machine to be installed with the help of my theoretical knowledge and guidance from seniors from Siemens. I even supervised the execution of installations according to plans.
