  • Directly involved in all activities from Vineyard to bottling in India's first Indigenous grape wine making team.
  • In-charge of 1 million liter capacity Unit with all ISO and HACCP standards. 

In a very innovative way of selecting grapes and/or wines, fermenting, aging (including barrel fermenting and aging), blending and bottling, my challenge has been to build up a tight web of human and production resources, all directed to the tailoring of modern style Indigenous wines.

  • Participated in all decision making phases related to build up a new wine unit.
  • Directly responsible for wine making under the Guidance of renowned Italian winemaker. 
  • Worked in tandem with a solid viticulture team to bring the best out of this very unique terroir in Karnataka. 
  • Handling all the laboratory analysis; pH, TA, Free/Total sulfur, VA, Alcohol test and all enzymatic test.

  • I was also part of making the very first Medium bodied fruity style Tempranillo Red wine in India.
