Business Partnering: Partnering with business and engaging employees through open house visits & skip level meetings - Manpower budgeting - Career Planning - Attrition Management - Competency Mapping - Quarterly promotions and annual appraisal cycle.
Employee Engagement: Conducting Employee engagement surveys - conducting skip level meetings - branch visits - town hall meetings- implementing the effective communication strategy through channel J- Intranet based professional network.
