Leadership Development Program

Danaher Corporation
  • Developed a framework for Portescap (a $100 million high tech precision motor company) to assess the strategic, marketing, operational, and financial challenges facing the organization.
  • Engaged the senior leadership team in India to evaluate challenges and opportunities using the framework and identified 10 key areas to increase bottom line by $3 million.
  • Conducted a field study for Danaher’s Global Outsourcing Director to evaluate feasibility of establishing a captured new products development center in India.
2003 - 2006

Product Manager

ABS Consulting (ABSC)
  • Led a team of 10 software engineers (5 located in India) to develop, market, and support a commercially available risk analysis software package – eLeader™.
  • Engaged cross-functional team members in establishing the marketing launch strategy for eLeader™ with $2MM market potential.
  • Aligned product design with the Voice of Customer by analyzing daily customer service calls, quarterly surveys, and annual user group meetings.
1999 - 2003

Project Manager

ABS Consulting (ABSC)
  • Gained business development experience by working directly with the CTO; co-authored several winning proposals that resulted in securing $500,000 worth of additional consulting services.
  • Managed a team of senior engineers on a $200,000 project to evaluate the risks at a large resin manufacturing facility and select the best mitigation alternatives.
  • Significantly improved presentation skills by instructing engineers and managers worldwide on software and risk applications.

  • Assessed health and safety risks at refineries in Singapore and Japan using simulation models.
  • Developed several in-house software tools using Visual Basic to increase co-worker productivity.
