Owner's Authorized Representative for the design and construction of multiple projects for the renovation of Region 2 for the Los Angeles Unified School District.Projects range in cost from $50,000 - $5M and in diversity including office modernizations, lunch shelter additions, ADA path of travel compliance, painting and fire alarm projects.
- Perform day-to-day contract administration including assisting Local District Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager in bid analysis, award, coordinating pre-construction conferences, review of contractor's initial construction schedule, schedule values, submittals, and generally respond to contractor's questions regarding contract administration
- Design and implement constructions phase and post construction phase activities. Manage staff and contractors to insure the project scope as awarded is built in full conformance with the plans, specifications, schedule and cost limits
- Plans, organize, direct, coordinates, reports on the project management activities of a specific project team with regard to school facility
