  • Building a prioritary in-house product to adress media planning challenges, aimed at media strategists and planners
  • Milestones: developed product roadmap, released product into Beta, ran Beta training and feedback sessions with power-suers, structured and hired the dev team, building from a single back-end dev to a team of 7, lead wireframing and impact-mapping sessions with the devs and key business stakeholders to align on product goals and priorities.

  • HMD Nokia: Lead a team of 13 (2 direct reports) to onboard Nokia / HMD Global & launch campaigns for 4 new smartphones accross 64 markets in just over a month
  • HMD Nokia: Designed & implemented agile working practices to leverage the limited resource we had globally, to drive value for the client operating in start-up mode 
  • HMD Nokia: Grew revenue +20% YoY by pitching for, and securing, budgets to focus on new marketing initiatives: e-commerce & always-on social.
  • GSK: Lead an agile agency team through a SEM-only pilot for 4 months, to securing an EMEA-wide contract, growing media billings 24x from £1m / year to £24m / year.

  • Lead a team of 10 (2 direct reports) to deliver pan-EMEA campaigns for HP; 
  • Develped he new commercial & operating mode for HP at Essence;

Joined the fastest-growing team at Essence to help Google establish its presence in the Russian market

  • Grew digital budgets for Google RU from $2m/ Q in 2013 to $20m / Q in 2014: launched Google Play, Google App and Chromecast into the RU market.
  • Instigated the use of templated emails to ease supplier negotiation, lead visits to Moscow to negotiate in person
  • Introduced Trello, and later Asana (team task management tools) to enable our small team to sign 90% of top Russian publishers in just under 2 months (over 25 T&Cs signed).
  • Developed innovative partnerships with Shazam, Angry Birds, EA Games, and SoundHound.
  • Contributed to Google taking the leading position as the mobile search engine of choice in Russia (at 62% market share) vs. Yandex
