As Director of Client Services, I managed the professional services/delivery and product support teams. I developed project management procedures, delivery and implementation methodologies, training and support tools, as well as other tools for more efficiently managing a services organization and efficiently implementing solutions for our customers. Operationally, I provided regular updates to organizational forecasting of professional services sales, managing the professional services pipeline and resource allocation for all professional services engagements.

As a Manager in Deloitte & Touche’s Solutions Practice, I was responsible for delivery of consulting services, ongoing account management and new business development. The projects I supported included: deployment of supply chain technology for a grocery cooperative, technical leadership and project management for a Dental Claims Processing system and analysis and development in support of a strategic technology plan for the Seattle Opera.

IT Consultant/MIS Director


As an IT Consultant, I was the team lead for a worldwide implementation of an integrated Financial, HR, Timekeeping and Point Of Sale System for the Navy’s Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department. I designed the architecture for the nationwide deployment, as well as provided day to day project management. As the MIS Manager, I supervised, directed and coached 8 IT support staff supporting the worldwide help desk operations, LAN infrastructure and IS Special Projects for the Government Consulting practice. I was responsible for administering and monitoring a $2.5 Million capital and $1.3 Million expense budget for the MIS Department.
