In charge of Power & Special Cables Sales, one of the key market segments of our business in the local Qatari market. Leading a team of multinationals for sales involved with the Governmental authorities & utilities, Buildings and Contracting markets.
Meanwhile, maintaining the following responsibilities as part of day to day activities;
- Definition and developing sales strategies and business plans to drive orders and sales performance and to ensure meeting or exceeding sales and margins operating plans.
- Identify opportunities to drive volume growth in Cables products & service.
- Drive introduction & approval/pre qualification process for existing and new products and lead new product launches and roll-outs across the region.
- Re-organization of sales channels and outline, present and sell the value of our products and services that can benefit our customer needs.
- Coaching & Development of a team of junior sales to insure brand development in local market.
- Development of new high growth market segments for Cables Accessories, Isolators, Transformers and renewable energies (Wind Energy).
