A technology professional with 20 years of diverse experience, Mary Cicalese served as Senior Analyst of the Business-to-Business Infrastructure Division of JupiterResearch, now called Forrester Research, Inc., an internationally successful marketing research firm. A noted authority on competitive intelligence and product marketing, Mary Cicalese has contributed online analytical research processing papers to Hurwitz & Associates LLC, a strategy-consulting venture headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts. Following these and other roles, Mary Cicalese endeavored to expand her education in the hopes of founding a company of her own. After earning an Executive Program Degree in Sustainability Management from Presidio Graduate School in San Francisco, California, Mary Cicalese founded GROW (Green Research. One World.). This innovative firm combines traditional marketing research with an eye toward sustainable solutions. Mary Cicalese supervises all of GROW’s efforts, ensuring that each customer receives the wisdom of practitioners from many fields, such as academia, market research, information technology, and public relations. GROW’s sustainability advisors first complete an intensive interview with the client and compile information concerning purchasing trends and customer inclinations. Under the leadership of Mary Cicalese, the GROW staff then compiles in-depth statistics analysis. The subsequent report answers invaluable questions on sustainability adopters, investment decisions and reports, and sales patterns and timelines. Mary Cicalese strives to maintain GROW’s viability within quickly evolving markets. Among GROW’s array of research areas are reusable packaging and the Food and Drug Administration, operational cost reduction using sustainable technologies, eco-living, and emerging energy alternatives. GROW founder and Chief Executive Officer Mary Cicalese embarked on an impressive career at communications leader AT&T.
