Les Paladins Des Traboules

Only non-adult board member of one of the biggest French RPG clubs.

My role was to co-organize 36 hours of play every weekend for 5 years, for up to 200 members.

Organization of a national event, every month, for up to 600 people over 2 days:

·Organizing games for all members and visitors

·Event preparation, venue scouting, sponsorship organization

·Game master of multiple games systems to maintain constant activity

·Creation of new campaigns, universes and rule systems to feed the high needs of the club

Atari Europe

Working with third party developers and the Executive Producer, I support and direct the development of multiple products from concept to release, turning ideas and vision into a market-relevant product.

I am accountable for meeting the product's quality, time and budgetary goals and, to achieve this, I work closely with the rest of the organization to ensure effective marketing and distribution.

·Evaluate new product concept submissions and present selected ones to the product approval committee

·Research new products and business models that emphasize online.Prioritize online features.

·Effectively communicate the core experience of each game to other parts of the Atari organization, and help ensure that the products leverage the ideas and resources of the larger organization

·Plan and monitor all development activities: defining and communicating milestones and key dates, assigning work, planning stakeholder reviews, coordinating work with other departments (QA, localisation, marketing, print, legal etc.)

·Identify problems/issues, research and present alternatives, make recommendations and implement solutions to safeguard the predetermined budget, product quality and/or schedule

·Report progress to all stakeholders to ensure IP holder, Atari executive management, marketing teams

·Build and maintain high-quality relationships with 3rd party developers, contractors (audio, art, design, QA), licensors and hardware manufacturers

·Liaise with licensors for product buy-in and content/design approvals

·Champion of the vision and ensure that the company’s interests and business objectives are properly aligned

Released 7 games over 4 different platforms (PC, WII, NDS, PSP). Working with 6 different licensors (Dargaud, Xilam, Soleil, Gottferdom, Hasbro, WOTC, Jamie Oliver LTD) and 5 different development teams over 5 countries. Budgets running up to €1,600K.

Management of a department made of a premastering lab, a PC compatibility testing lab, and an IT group.

Project management supporting the activities of the publishing group (third party Production, QA, Localisation).

·Responsible for a budget of €600-800K annually

·Management of a team of 3 permanent and up to 15 part-time staff

·IT project management (defining requirements, assessing and implementing solutions, customer relations, tools administration, organizing training)

·Worldwide internal customer relations (main interface for job requests, problem solving for subsidiaries in Asia, Europe, and America with relations to manufacturing, protection and special deals)

·Management of Quality Processes (PC compatibility testing across all Infogrames products produced during that time) and semi industrial processes (40,000 medias created per year, use of duplication robots, serialization of labels and protection tags, heavy resource planning)

·Creation of installer systems for PC games.

·Head of security related to games, in charge of evaluating copy protection systems, piracy survey, creation and enforcement of security processes, consulting on implementation of security features.

·Building and maintaining high quality relationships with hardware manufacturers (Nvidia, ATI, AMD, Intel, Microsoft, Creative, Logitech…) to support the development on PC games.

Sound Engineer


Freelance work for several companies in Lyon and Nimes, and local bands all over France.

·Sound engineer for live shows: mixing, tuning, adding sound effects, etc. being ultimately responsible for the quality and sound as experienced by the audience

·Event preparation depending on the artist and the venue. Acoustic analysis of the venue. Selection of the sound equipment depending on the venue, the artist wishes and the budget. Installation of the equipment before and sound check before the concert.

·Managing the relationships between the artists and the event producers

·Management of the teams responsible for the event preparation

·Worked with international artists (Jerry Lee Lewis, BB king, Calvin Russel, Lucky Petersen, Alvin Lee, Maceo Parker) in venues up to 8,000 seats.
