Manage multiple concurrent website definition and development projects for external clients, working with internal development staff as well as external creative partners and clients. Create and maintain all project management deliverables from project initiation through project close, including project plans, estimates, scope documents, requirements, schedules, and budgets.

¨Manage project teams through project discovery and definition process with clients.

¨Create project plans and schedules. Forcast resource needs and manage resources to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

¨Understand and manage client needs and expectations. Hold project status meetings and report on project status eports and hours burned. 

¨Projects include website facelift for major tourism site, project definition/specifications for large insurance carrier, process improvement project for a service company, and brand specific sites for major footwear retailer. 


Web Content Project Manager


Managed the development and updating of promotional content for 

  • Collaborated with the business team to define site content.
  • Provided work direction to content team (writer, designer, developer, editor).
  • Created, updated and managed workflow for 200 or more individual promotional assets on a weekly basis.
  • Responded to change requests within a 24 hour turnaround standard and live site issues within a 6 hour turnaround. Employed acceptable risk-taking and sound judgement to react in a timely matter to issues as they arose.
  • Managed weekly site preview/quality assurance testing and issue resolution.
  • Maintained detailed Excel spreadsheet documenting all site promotional content.
  • Coordinated training of new tools and processes and acted as a change agent for the content team.

Marketing Director


Responsible for the marketing and advertising initiatives of a growing, private physical therapy clinic.

  • Developed marketing strategy and concepts.
  • Create and manage marketing calendar and budget.
  • Managed initiative to create a clinic website, including design, content coordination and team management.

Planned the launch of a new representative web site. Created web content map and established procedures for the flow of content from owners to web technical team. Managed schedule of content updates and coordinated content copywriting, editing, compliance review and sign off.

  • Created high-level plan for site content and worked with business units to create content outlines.
  • Worked with content owners, copywriters and developers to draft, edit and finalize content.
  • Provided support as needed including proofreading, editing, and html code assembly.

1998-2000    Field Technology Specialist

Responsible for providing the field representatives with sales software to support product sales.

  • Coordinated quarterly field illustration software releases, including updates, changes and enhancements.
  • Developed training programs, classroom, and one-on-one training to users of our software.
  • Developed newsletters and articles promoting software features and benefits.

Field Technology Specialist


Responsible for implementation, support and training of a third party client management tool for our field representatives. Provided telephone support to client management software users, giving them individualized instruction and documentation for their specific tasks. Created documentation and training materials and presented at conferences and training events.
