- INTER S.A. is a Swiss raw material/commodity supplier group with global offices around the world
- I'm handling; product and volume-based market research through analysis of import-export data, search for new clients and distributors, finding sales agents and experienced representatives to create new potential business contracts, pricing, negotiating and doing client follow-ups; organizing trade fair and event participations worldwide, from Germany to Bangladesh to China to Colombia
- I have developed commercial relations and sales activities in the following markets; EUROPE (i.e. Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Croatia) NORTH AMERICA (i.e. Canada, U.S.A.) EURASIA (i.e. Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan,Moldavia, Georgia), MIDDLE EAST (i.e. Lebanon, UAE), ASIA (i.e. Korea, Bangladesh), LATAM (i.e. Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala, Ecuador), and AFRICA (i.e. Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Ethiopia)
- In addition to my business development tasks; I have also worked and managed the developing of the Human Resources department of the company; posting job ads on various careers portals, reviewing large amounts of resumes, conducting one-on-one interviews with suitable applicants and choosing bright ones and even pre-training them for various departments ü As a result of my work, the company has penetrated and started selling in many new markets, countries and became a more well-known global player in its field
