Manager, Technical Architecture & Senior Team Lead, NA Field Operations
Serve as a member of the leadership team for North American Service Center, providing long range planning, service and support for Holcim Group companies throughout North American and Europe.Manage all aspects of Technical Services infrastructure, network operations, and North American IT Field Operations to support the corporate vision.
Responsible for managing $19M in capital and expense budgets, development, management, and training for field operations personnel. Accountable for technical projects with full responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, and objectives.Formulate technology vision and standardization, with a strong team focus on customer service. Lead future technology adoption, and directed technology support and systems integration. Promote divisional integration effort to revitalize Field Operations with new service offerings and SAP customer-centric solutions. Provide intensive product and solutions training for field personnel.Manage a team of 55, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Manager.
