Develop, oversee and implement promotions, campaigns and brand activities across 8 countries, which include; Fiji, Tonga, Samoa, Vanuatu, PNG, Nauru, Australia, and New Zealand ensuring that our customers connect with our brand, driving key organizational objectives and messages.

Responsibilities Included:

  • Develop an integrated approach to all campaigns taking into account key consumer touch points which include creative development, PR, digital and social media, retail and on the ground activation.
  • Develop & implement marketing & branding activities targeting Pacific Diaspora in Australia, New Zealand & USA with the focus on driving revenue and product awareness.
  • Assist markets with the integration of sponsorship into promotional campaigns, driving content for Social Media and PR.
  • Driving the download of the Digicel Top Up App using various tools and this includes push notification, google search & display, remarketing, Facebook paid advertising and ILD push, email newsletter, and traditional media.
  • Manage & oversee campaign pre-production, production and post-production process.
  • Mentoring Marketing Managers & teams in all markets.

I began my career at Franklin Design in 2003 as a part-time Accounts Payable Officer. In 2004 I became a permanent staff but a part-time student and was promoted to Studio/HR Coordinator where I was managing the studio administrative functions and liaising regularly with designers our sales team and suppliers. 

Events Coordinator

  • Managing and organising of Land Transport Authorities logo re-branding launch.
  • Managing and organising of Fiji Indigenous Business Council Symposium, which included inviting overseas speakers, Ministers and Business Associates. 
  • Organising of press conference & media kits with the Public Relations Officer leading up to the event and during the event.
  • Organising of yearly client Christmas party with a set budget.
