  • Head of Talent to over 160 broadcast television affiliates nationwide. 
    • Recruited, trained and mentored top notch talent in 85 markets.
    • Reducing turnover rate by 50% through negotiation of reporter's contracts and salaries.
    • Initiated weekly webinar training of product and message.
  • Head of "Sigalert" production team. 
    • Increased efficiency, and reduced development and delivery period from 65 days to 14 days by streamlining product roll-out schedule.
    • Improved communications between "Sigalert" team members by creating centralized communication model and escalation chart.
