I am a senior at the University of Colorado - Boulder. I currently live two lives - writing for magazines during the day and playing music at night. I currently freelance for magazines and Boulder and I'm always looking for new publications to work with to produce quality, in-depth pieces. I also am a musician at heart, and am searching for new venues that share my passion for live music.

The Boulder Weekly is the only news magazine in Boulder and shares a common readership with Westword, it's Denver equivalent. The Boulder Weekly is new in print every Thursday, and investigates the unheard stories of Boulder with depth you can't find in daily newspapers.
I work with the editor of the A&E section, Dale Bridges. I send him features I have written, and he occasionally asks me to write movie and book reviews.

Rooster Magazine is a free, monthly magazine that aims to be the almanac for college life. Features on the local bar scene, evaluations of CU professors, guides to living on a budget, and all other stories that college students want to hear and local media could not cover in such a frank, practical manner.
I have contributed monthly features since September, and in February became the music critic responsible for writing profiles of up-and-coming artists and creating monthly playlists related to that month's theme.
