  • Aide to the chief communications officer of a global PR agency, part of Publicis Groupe; Managed and supervised all digital properties including its website (using Umbraco CMS), blog (WordPress), social media presence;
  • Crafted social media guidelines, SOPs, handbooks and best practices;
  • Created infographics, videos, press releases, images, microsites and ads to work across platforms;
  • Responsible for consistent use of brand and creative guidelines across offices in the network;
  • Initiated and maintained relationships with partner vendors & online services;
  • Ideated and produced video interviews of board members and leaders;
  • Responsible for global internal communications including all newsletters within the group;
