  • Processed mortgage loan Modifications, ordered hundreds of checks for thousands of dollars daily to be sent to counties for taxes due and recording cost.
  • Created and analyzed hundreds of transmittal reports containing customer sensitive information for my lead business analyst.
  • Processed thousands of rejected loan modifications to be sent back to our Vendor for corrections before sending to counties for recording.
  • Recorded and analyzed modifications that has been recorded. Updated our data base with the most current information received back from the county and created reports directly sent to my teams Vice President.
  • Introduced and oversaw new training processes to better our process. This resulted in better customer satisfaction and improved our quality by 50% in 3 months/

  • Provide flight path changes or directions to emergency landing fields for pilots traveling in bad weather or in emergency situations.
  • Direct pilots to runways when space is available or direct them to maintain a traffic pattern until there is space for them to land.

  • Enter customers' transactions into computers to record transactions and issue computer-generated receipts.
  • Cash checks and pay out money after verifying that signatures are correct, that written and numerical amounts agree, and that accounts have sufficient funds.
  • Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and check accuracy of deposit slips.
  • Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at ends of shifts, and calculate daily transactions using computers, calculators, or adding machines.
  • Examine checks for endorsements and to verify other information such as dates, bank names, identification of the persons receiving payments and the legality of the documents.
  • Collected hundreds of thousands of dollars to be sent to FED. Manage the Vault cash flow selling and buying money to and from tellers.
  • Worked directly with the Lead Teller to balance out the banks cash intake and dispense report log daily.
