  • With a team of 63 F&B service staff, I am responsible for pre – opening procurement for the Food and Beverage department, interview and hiring of staff, setting standards to achieve and maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction, employees engagement and financial success. While providing motivation, training, coaching and mentoring to all direct reports and subordinate. 
  • Working closely with RM and GM in setting revenue targets.

  • Set the Food and Beverage department of the hotel within Outrigger brand and the hotel standards.
  • Participate and work with the Purchasing department in the management of all purchases of all F&B FF&E and beverage stocks.

  • Implementation, conduct and coaching a pre-opening training program within the department.
  • Coaching, develop and train FB-service staff in formal training programs in an effort to improve their service skills.
  • Create and develop a detail program to support the trial run periods.
  • In cooperation with the Executive Chef in the preparation of menus and participate in the pricing policy, taking into consideration local requirements, market prices, completion, recipes, potential costs and the availability of food products
  • Create and implementation F&B monthly & yearly promotion to generate the revenue and encourage in-house guest and resident guest to dine more in hotel restaurant.
  • To present Food and Beverage department in the hotel’s executive committee.
