Key achievements:

  • MOKATE – for agency Mediapolis. Client asked us for new strategy for their line of products (mostly instant coffee) and new approach. Client wanted to refresh its brand and modernize brand image. So, I developed new strategy based on emotional triggers such as joy, friendship and sense of luxury and we made presentation covered 12 months of marketing actions – TV ads (we wrote few scenarios), Facebook communication, big lottery for customers, new website.
  • Ceramika Paradyż  – also for agency Mediapolis. Client asked for new approach – so far he got three subbrands, with different logotypes, colors etc. Brand "Paradyż" was inrecognizable in effect. Client wanted to see new logotypes, way of conversion subbrands to product lines, new printed catalogue, new website, new Facebook communication – whole strategy for 12 months. So, we delivered :) We invented new brand claim, new logotypes, new website layouts, new printed catalogue etc.

Key achievements:

  • Vision Express. Clients' brief was twofold: one – change brand image in social media (mostly Facebook) from "glasses shop" to "trendy fashion glasses place" and two – to deliver 10 000 registration on special landing page. Both goals were achieved. My team created new Facebook communication strategy and took over fan page for year. We also carefully designed ad campaign in Facebook and Google AdWords channels. External company under my supervision (I was leader of this project) completely redesigned VE website and created new graphic look and feel.
  • Triumph (lingerie brand, not motorcycles one) – client wanted to rejuvenate brand image (which was perceived as brand for 40+ women) and new communication in social media (which means Facebook in Poland). My team created and delivered sound strategy. Client was pleased :)
  • 6 months long communication strategy for GazetaPraca.pl. B2B task – to train and help out HR specialists with LinkedIn communication – mostly couching and training work.
  • 1,5 year long communication strategy for UPC Polska (regarding Social Media / Digital / ATL / outdoor). Our offer was sound, but client took cheaper option.  1 year long communication strategy for Sundance Channel Polska (social media only). We were working directly with Sundance Channel in USA.

  • Sony Central and Southern Europe Social Media Transition - I designed winning strategy for Sony SCSE Social Media Integration initiative. Task put before us was difficult: integrate and co-ordinate social media channels in 19 Eastern Europe markets; align each strategy with global strategy; work with local Sony marketing representative; train native speakers for each market etc. This project took most of my time in Blueberry but was successful - we integrated the markets and implemented new strategies successfully.

  • Zlote Tarasy - co-designing (with strategy director) long-term social media strategy for biggest and most prestigious mall in Poland. Leading a team which designed and developed intranet tool for Zlote Tarasy and their tenants as well as re-designing website and facebook fanpage. It took 8 months, we started from scratch and it’s our biggest success - we exceeded customer expectation in design, usability of intranet and number / engangement of fans we have on Facebook fanpage.
  • Roxy FM - a part of biggest media group in Poland - Agora SA. I was leading a team which was developnig Facebook communication and applications.

Key achievements:

  • Samsung Electronic Polska - I was leading team conducting 8 months long campaign for inserting new hybrid photocamera - NX100. We’re designed online photo-competition, executed our advertising strategy and arranged final event - photosession in Warsaw tube for the winner of the competition. I was in charge for everyday contact with Samsung, budgeting microsite, competition, final event, online campaign etc.
  • Pizza Hut Polska - online strategy advisory for moving Pizza Hut from QSR to CDR segment. Leading a team redesigning their website, everyday work with customer.
  • Porsche - due to re-design of global Porsche website we developed and re-designed whole Polish Porsche website. We were given special thanks from German side for outstanding work and fitting in tight schedule and budget.
  • Burger King - account manager for online activities of Burger King in Poland, which included re-designing website, designing and performing periodic advertising campaigns (4 per year), budgeting etc. (2 years)
  • Money Expert - leading a team which launched website for this customer (financial advisor corporation) and performed many online actions, tailored to each financial product ME had at a time (2 and a half years).
  • Nordea Bank Polska - leading a team which developed and performed 6 microsites (and advertising online campaigns) for various financial products they have. Worked in tight cooperation with media house and customer for nearly 2 years.
