·Orchestrated health information management and medical records activities for the Department; ensured appropriate handling of all data and compliance with all Departmental standards, policies, procedures and objectives while maintaining strict confidentiality.

·Supervised record completion, transcription, coding, abstracting, filing, storage and retrieval of patient medical records.

Coordinated activities with medical staff to assure, expedient completion of medical records and processing of drug screenings; ensured records were released to authorized individuals only

East Coast Shutters, Inc

Spearheaded all aspects of daily operations management for the main office, Customer Service and Accounting Departments. Oversaw distribution of hurricane-related protection products, customer installation scheduling, vendor relations management, and monitoring the QC inspection process.

·Provided unparalleled executive leadership and direction to company and managed accounts effectively, while working closely with field sales agents and installers to ensure on-time product delivery/installation and the highest quality customer service.

Managed operations, a staff of 14 and resources at 2 locations, organized and coordinated repair and maintenance projects throughout Brevard County, and assigned tasks and personnel from both locations. Monitored field personnel to ensure work quality and employee safety. Logged and maintained employee timesheets. Wrote daily project and employee status reports.

·        Successfully and consistently completed projects 25% ahead of schedule and under budget – the program was funded through a grant related to the 2004 hurricanes that made landfall in Florida (Charley, Frances, Ivan, and Jeanne).
