I am an ardent and ambitious Integrated Producer with 12 years of experience in leading fully integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns and developing bespoke cutting-edge technology solutions. I have successfully led a variety of integrated projects from ideation to delivery within budgets ranging from £2k to £2m.

  • Work with Programme Directors and Account Leads at Top Marketing & Advertising agencies and Start-ups such as Tag Worldwide, MarketOne, System Analytic etc. managing global multi-channel marketing campaigns and developing bespoke technology solutions for their Top clients.

  • Worked with both small and large project teams ranging from 4- 40 team members and key stakeholders managing change, ambiguity, complexity and risks during the full programme lifecycle.

  • Start-to-Finish management of fully integrated global campaigns from concept, strategy, planning, design, UX, development to UAT and delivery across all channels.   • Manage 3-30 concurrent projects at any given time, effectively communicating status updates to key stakeholders using established reporting techniques such as RAG status reports, Budget / Financial Reconciliation Reports, Issue, Risk and Change Logs etc.

  • Keep abreast of performance metrics and provide subject matter expertise on product marketing strategies, marketing channel optimisation & multi-channel tactics, production methodologies etc.

  • Develop & share market insight with global enterprises to help improve internal processes to ensure seamless multi-channel delivery of project deliverables across all markets, increasing productivity levels.

  • Led integrated multi-channel product launch of Bristol Myers Squibb's ground-breaking Oncology product – Opdivo (nivolumab) across the EMAC region. This included website, e-detailing (on Veeva platform), eDMs (on Epsilon platform), iPDF, product video, leave behinds, brochure, roll-up banners, exhibition stands etc.

  • Led Programme Management of a Bespoke Key Thought Leader Management Platform for the Field Operations and Information Management (FOIM) team at Genentech (a top Biotechnology firm based in San Francisco, California). This helped 6 Thought Leader Liaison teams to effectively manage their communications with over 4000 Experts around the world.

  • Mobile optimisation of 15 emails and 15 landing pages across 6 nurture programs for AT&T Advanced Mobility Solutions on Eloqua marketing automation platform. The nurture programs saw a 20% rise in enquires from AT&T B2B clients.

  • Developed Microsoft Xbox Online Emulator in 6 European languages, to enable Microsoft B2B sales representatives to promote the Xbox as a quintessential interactive platform to advertise their products to the gaming market.

Global Project Manager


  • Played an active role in defining digital marketing strategy & marketing roadmap for EF's e-learning solution alongside the President; Regional Heads; Head of marketing functions such as CRM, SEO, PPC, Social and Country Managers of 15 markets across the globe (incl. EMEA, APAC, LATAM, Brazil and US).
  • Allocated projects as PMO and line managed 6 Project Managers (on and off shore), together with a 20 strong creative team along with freelancers, third party suppliers and translation agencies. Involved in recruitment, coaching & evaluation of all project team members.
  • Conducted PPM to provide clear and concise direction to project managers and key stakeholders to help them achieve the highest ROI on their marketing investments.
  • Actively collaborated with in-house project/ product leads, UX/UI expert, other SMEs and project managers from external digital agencies to see through projects from inception to delivery.

  • Developed New Englishtown Website that saw a 68% lift in Brazil, 71% in Turkey and 62% in Spain.
  • Developed PPC Dynamic Landing Page that saw a 40% rise in PPC conversions within the first month of its release.
  • Produced several campaign videos for different marketing channels with localised content. This saw a 30% rise in overall conversions across all markets.
  • Produced Brazil TV Ad that saw a 50% rise in sales in Brazil.
  • Developed Englishtown Mobile App Launched on iOS and Android. This saw a 60% increase in enquires and 30% rise in student engagement.

  • Developed and successfully launched the Virtual Tour of Executive Language Institute in Cambridge (optimised to be accessible on a range of mobile devices). For less than 3k investment (cost savings of 50%), we received a 55% increase in enquiries on the first month of its launch. This inspired other parts of the business to create virtual tours.
  • Created the Emailing Best Practice Report for optimisation of CRM campaigns. This resulted in an improvement in the CTR - by 97% & the bounce rate fell by 35-40% on average.
  • Developed EF Classroom App on iOS and Android revolutionised classroom study and increased classroom engagement by 60%.
  • Developed Englishtower game on facebook that increased the number of Facebook followers by 30% within first month of launch.
