- Coordinating all communication with the Norwegian Road Administration and the other companies working at the site. 
- Attending to the building meetings and coordination meetings
- Attending to the congrees and exhibitions both in Norway, Monaco and France
- Organizing the international committees' visit to the jobsite. Making all the accommodation and visit planning. Explaining the importance of our job and the project for Norway. 
- Preparing budget and cost controling,
- Making negotiations with the subcontracters
- Preparing documentation of the workers for their work permit and following up in coordination with KPMG. 
- Giving orders of the products needed for the jobsite and following all the manufacturing progress and logistics of the products from China, France, Italy to the jobsite in Norway. 

Succesfully finished the job on time.
