- Defining creative direction
- Managing creative team (both design and marketing)
- Analyzing seasonal results in order to build collection plan (reducing S/S 16 SKU's of 30% with a pre-order increase of 10%)
- Fixing collection prices
- Establishing buying orders for own retail
- Leading seasonal collection launch (sales and products presentation - team of 80 people)
- Travelling constantly to all European markets,Tokyo Headquarter and Honk- Kong production office
