My role today is to assure all HR process in Italy and  to coordinate the staff functions of the company, as Finance, Purchaising,It . T support the Plant Managers ( 4 plants) and the Sales Directors ( 2 persons) in order to achieve the industrials goals established from the European Corporate.

AGC Is a Japanise multinational company leader in Glass manifacturing for Building and Automotive.

HR Europe Manager

Agc Automotive Europe

At that time I was Hr Manager , based in Belgium for AGC Automotive Europe. Main factors:

5.000 employees, 10 plants ( Belgium,France, UK, Czech Republic, Ungary, Russia,Italy and Geremany), I worked for a wordwide project ( Asahi Way) spending many weeks in Japan in order to build the project with collegues from USA,Japan and Europe.

Main issues: a restructuration plans in Russia and France and standardization the HR European network.

HR Country Manager


Based in Cuneo I worked as HR Country Manager , my responsability was to assure all HR process in Italy , Main factors: 800 people, 4 plants, different projects in : lean organisation, succession planning, people empowerment.

HR Plant Manger

PPG is a USA Multinational company, and I was the HR Plant Manger . Main factors: 300 people and big restructuration to transform thsi plant in the most efficient plant in PPG Europe.

Jan 1988 - Dec 1994

HR Plant Manager

During this period I worked in two different plants , ( 800 people and 300 people) and i started in Agusta as Industrial Reationship Manger and i concluted this experience as plant manger.

Main project: Big restructuration , introduction of soft skills management, completely new organization at shop floor level...

Safety & Training Manager

Valeo SA

I started to work in a Franch Multinational company: Valeo Sa. My first job was in the Safety dpt. and after some months i was in charge for Training and Development. Main factors: 400 people in the plant, automotive sector, my first experience in HR and Safety matters.

One year Master in Executive Coaching, in fact the course is organized one week a month plus different call conference beetwin a session and another one, I learned in coaching matter and from 2008 I built an internal coaching activity in my company.
